Minutes of all Board of Trustee (BoT) Meetings (except those “in Committee”) are public documents.  These will be made available once signed as a true and accurate reflection of the meeting.  This usually means minutes are approved the month after the meeting.

BoT meetings are also public, however the right to speak at the meetings must be sought from the Board Chair.  Any issue an attendee wishes to raise at a BoT meeting should normally occur by contacting the BoT Chair in writing the week before the meeting.

At Tairangi School BoT meetings usually happen at school on the last Wednesday of each month which does not include a term break.
